In this fourth TV movie (based on the novel by Robert B. Parker), Paradise sheriff Jesse Stone (Selleck) is bored, brooding, and drinking too much. So bored that he recruits deputy Rose (Baker) and reopens a cold case--a bank robbery, shooting, and missing teller from 15 years ago. Then things heat up when a young local woman claims to have been raped aboard a visitor's yacht and some Boston thug is tailing Jesse with bad intent.
