Arctic Tale

We love pretending animals are just like us, don't we? Just add some disco music ("We Are Family") and a narrator (Queen Latifah) we all recognize and watch those wacky things animals do in the wild (like fart). Flick follows a polar bear and a walrus over six years, starting with their birth. The message is clear beyond our compulsion to humanize them, however; climate change, possibly caused by us, is dramatically affecting their habitat. Lush (if not chilly) backdrops and the directors' passion make this a fine family film.
