Three young men of different ethnicities turn to crime as the answer to surviving their rough lives in San Francisco--Nick (Crowley) steals credit card data at his office mailroom job; K-Luv (Mackie) is part of a black gang but wants out; and Chinese mafia member Lincoln (Leung) is moving up the ranks. Eventually tensions arise and an explosive showdown unfolds. Showtime original movie was directed by Spike Lee as a series pilot, though it wasn't picked up.
