Action trash. After turning war hero Dodds (Northwood) into an uncontrollable killing machine, the army decides to experiment on a group of misfits instead, in an effort to turn them into super-soldiers. The side-effects are uncontrollable rage and uncontrollable lust and since this is a co-ed group, the latter wouldn't appear to be a problem. But the human guinea pigs escape, as does the raging Dodds, and the hunt is on!
