Seraphim Falls
Irishmen Neeson and Brosnan star as a couple of post-Civil War soldiers (film's set in 1868) in an old-fashioned and beautifully filmed tale of brutal revenge. Wounded Yankee Gideon (Brosnan) is being hunted by Confederate Carver (Neeson) and his four hired guns over a wartime horror, but he won't go easily. There are various showdowns as Gideon picks off the thugs while awaiting that inevitable final confrontation.
