Chasing Ghosts
Derivative cop caper. Kevin Harrison (Madsen) is about to retire and is trying to get through a complicated murder case while breaking in new partner Davies (Large). But Harrison is also guilt-ridden over the death of cop Mark Spencer (Rooker), which happened because Harrison has been bought and paid for by mobster Alfiri (Busey). Soon the investigation is leading in directions Harrison doesn't want it to go.
