The last of the trilogy based on the Phyllis Reynolds Naylor novels finds adorable beagle Shiloh and his master, Marty (Dolley), believing that their troubled neighbor Judd (Wilson) is sincere about becoming a better person. Marty continues to stand by Judd even when the man is accused of thievery and worse. But Judd isn't all they have to worry about--there's also a watery rescue and some escaped convicts to deal with. Wholesome without being too sweet.
