The Neighbor No. Thirteen
Excessively horrific violence abounds when a Japanese man, Juzo (Oguri), meets up with his childhood tormentor Akai (Arai). Seeing that Akai's brutish behavior hasn't changed and that he doesn't even recall Juzo or the suffering he endured causes Juzo's maniacal side to emerge and seek vengeance.
