Flunky campus farce about what to do after getting one too many thin envelopes from college admissions offices: create your own university. Bartleby (Long) and his buds pretend to matriculate at the fictitious South Harmon Institute of Technology. So-so jokes about beer and babes and that oh-so-hilarious acronym abound, until the tale attempts to take an unexpectedly touching turn. Ultimately lands on the failing side of the campus-movie bell curve (with "Animal House" and "Back to School" at the top of the class).
