The Ant Bully

Warner Bros. entry in the CGI-created insect category comes eight years after Pixar and DreamWorks set the standard with "A Bug's Life" and "Antz," respectively, and delivers nothing new. New kid on the block and neighborhood punching-bag Lucas, vents his frustration by picking on something smaller than him--an ant colony in his yard--only to be magically shrunken and transported into the ant's world to face his victims. Predictable life lessons about acceptance and teamwork, along with uninspired voice work from the star-studded cast drag down this visually impressive but all too familiar story.
