Keeping Up with the Steins

Benjamin Fiedler (Sabara) finds his bar mitzvah being turned into a chance for his Hollywood agent dad Adam (Piven) to one-up rival agent Arnie Stein (Miller) and the Steins' Titanic-themed event for their own son. But Ben sees it as the opportunity to reconcile his dad and his crazy, hippie grandfather, Irwin (Marshall). Director Scott Marshall, making his feature debut, is Garry's son. Flails wildly between sweet and cynical, with lessons learned in a "very special sitcom" way. Subtract at least a bone for the sight of Garry Marshall's naked backside.
