A pack of roller-skating Atlanta outsiders battle the streets and get their groove on to a bumpin' soundtrack (certain to be the perfect corporate tie-in). High-octane dazzle should satisfy most looking for a safe urban-teen flick not loaded with the normally obligatory f-bomb. But the poor-boy-meets-rich-girl romance is too fluffy, and an evil drug-dealer conflict still doesn't add the bite it needs. Music-video director Chris Robinson makes his wildly disobedient big-screen debut with bling and hoopla, but a lack of grit and coherence is all too apparent.
