Under-realized account of the notorious Zodiac Killer, who infamously terrorized the San Francisco area in the late '60s and has eluded the police to this day. Depressingly bland and straight-forward, unintentionally looking like an episode of "Columbo." The killer is seen in shadow and cops are bogged down in exposition and melodrama. Do not confuse this clunker with the masterful David Fincher-helmed "Zodiac" (although they probably hope you will).
