Ballet Russes

Documentary covering the history of the various ballet companies who have used the Ballet Russes name, from its founding by impresario Serge Daghilev in 1909 to the last performance in 1962, including its legendary choreographers, dancers, and designers. Although there's footage of various performances, the most appealing aspects are the interviews of dancers, who were in their 80s and 90s when reunited in 2000, recalling their lives on stage.
