The unnamed protagonist (Craig), referred to only as "XXXX" in the closing credits, is a too-cool-for-you cocaine dealer trying to leave the business. But, just as we all could've guessed, somehow he's convinced to pull "one last job," searching out the daughter of a fellow crime-boss and, oh yeah, coordinate the sale of a million stolen tablets of Ecstasy along the way. And, of course, a few things go wrong. Guy Ritchie's producer Matthew Vaughn's directorial debut. Vaughn successfully negotiates the cockney-chocked, bass-thumping, and humorously violent British crime genre his colleague defined so well with just as much pizzazz and twists.
