American Gun

Coburn, in his last performance, is Martin Tillman, an anguished father whose daughter has recently been killed during a violent crime. He decides to trace the history of the gun that was used, and along the way deals with an incident from his service in the Korean War that still haunts him. Coburn's performance is magnificent, even if the material itself is a little uneven.
