Stark Raving Mad

Likeable hood Ben (Scott) inherits a big debt to gangster Mr. Gregory (Phillips) after his brother is murdered. His chance to clear it is by stealing a valuable statue from a bank vault located next to a Chinese nightclub that will be hosting a loud and crowded rave. Of course there's all kinds of complicatons, including a potential double-cross, a local Triad member who wants the statue for himself, and a couple of feds working a drug operation on the club. Scott maintains his goofy charm and adds some physical action to the mix but there's nothing new about this tired plot.
