Die Mommie Die!
Angela Arden (co-writer Busch, in drag) is a fading diva trapped in a loveless marriage. Her husband, Sol Hussman (Hall), a movie producer, refuses to give her a divorce. Like all good dysfunctional families, battle lines are drawn between dad, supported by daughter Edith (Lyonne) and Angela, supported by son Lance (Sands). Add in bisexual gigolo Tony Parker (Priestly) and fanatically religious maid Bootsie Carp (Conroy) plus some bawdy humor, and you've got the workings of a campy cult classic. Definitely one for John Waters fans.
