2 dumb 2 believe, but no one seems to care. Walker reprises his role as now-disgraced undercover cop Brian O'Connor, and he's once again upstaged by his co-star. This time it's Tyrese, as childhood pal and new partner-in-undercover-crime Roman. It doesn't really matter, though, because everyone is upstaged by the lovingly photographed cars and the chaos they cause. The continuous action is now in Miami, as the buddies infiltrate the street-racing circuit to bust a Colombian drug ring and some bad cops.
