Dean Koontz's Black River
Novelist/screenwriter Bo Aikens (Mohr) is in need of a little creative inspiration and leaves Hollywood for the bucolic friendliness of the small town of Black River. Then Bo discovers the town is monitored by video cameras and he begins to get weird phone calls and notices an SUV tailing him. He can't escape unless he figures out the community's sinister secrets (which unfortunately turn out to be lame-o).
