Jack Thorn (Svenson) is an ex-Navy S.E.A.L. and the current director of the CIA's covert ops. He's planning to retire when he discovers his would-be replacement, Marcus Clay (Gruner), wants to cause a worldwide economic catastrophe. So Jack gathers together some fellow old-timers and tries to cope with high tech in order to save the world.
