Jerry and Tom

Tom (Mantegna) is a veteran hitman breaking in an impatient protege, Jerry (Rockwell), on various assignments for a couple of old-time mobsters. The most important thing to remember is that it's just a job--nothing personal--but that kind of emotional vacuum isn't easy to maintain. Familiar story but it has the advantage of a talented cast and good direction.
