The Souler Opposite
Buddies Barry (Meloni) and Robert (Busfield) haven't grown up--especially where women are concerned. Most of struggling comic Barry's material is about his failed relationships while complacent, married Robert learns that his wife has decided she's a lesbian. Then sexist Barry meets feminist Thea (Moloney) and sparks fly--but can "souler" opposites really come together? First-time writer/director Kalmenson knows the territory since he's a stand-up comedian himself.
