A Town Has Turned to Dust
Lame remake of a 1958 Rod Serling script for "Playhouse 90." Serling's story was set in the old west; this version goes for sci-fi and a futuristic desert town called Carbon run by mob boss Perlman who controls the water supply and the main industry, which is mining. But when Perlman hangs an innocent man, he finally provoking drunken sheriff Lang to take action.
