Just the Ticket
Romantic comedy set in the seedy world of ticket scalpers should have skipped the trite love story and centered on the ducat slingers. Gary (Garcia) is a fast talking huckster trying to win back ex-girlfriend Linda (MacDowell). He's also hoping for the ever-popular last big score before he goes legit. His opportunity arrives when the Pope announces a visit to Yankee Stadium, but he must out-hustle competitor Casino (Blake). Garcia wrote many of the Salsa-flavored songs used in the movie.
