Scarred City
Cliched and predictable actioner with a decent cast. Trigger-happy cop John Trace (Baldwin) is forced to join an elite crime unit, headed by Laine Devon (Palminteri), which uses any means necessary to get the job done. But Trace soon decides that his fellow cops are basically just fulfilling their own violent impulses. Then Trace saves hooker Candy (Carrere) from a mob hit and his buddies decide they'd be better off without him.
