Yet another version of the Jack the Ripper saga. In 1888 London, ambitious Scotland Yard inspector Jim Hansen (Bergin) is investigating the murders of several East End prostitutes. Clues direct him to a member of the nobility, in fact, Queen Victoria's grandson, Prince Edward (West), but pursuing his inquiries could lead to the end of Hansen's career.
