Ex-con Rupert (Russo) is trying the straight and narrow while his kid brother James (Buzzotta) continues to be a bad guy. But when James is shot, Rupert gets together with some criminal buddies to pull off a New Year's Eve heist to raise the money needed for James' care. This one's kind of dull until the ending shoot-out.
