Shakespearean ham actor Edward Lionheart (Price) committed suicide after losing an award and being ridiculed by the critics. Now those same critics are being murdered in bizarre ways--in fact, their deaths parallel those in the plays of the Bard. Well, it's no big surprise to discover that Lionheart is indeed alive and committing the inventive crimes with the assistance of his lovely daughter, Edwina (Rigg). Top drawer comedy noir with a great supporting cast of Britain's best (and quite a bit of gore).
Shakespearean actor, Edward Lionheart (Price) had supposedly committed suicide after his performance is harshly ridiculed by snobbish critics. Later, the critics begin to die in a variety of gory ways, strangely reminiscent of Shakespeare's work. Fun horror/comedy that is not to be missed (and I'm not just saying that on the off-chance that Lionheart may still be out there).
