Don't waste your time watching this stupid, piece-of-trash remake. The movie completely takes away the mysteriousness of the killer, giving the audience a detailed background and history of him. The intended audience, of course, will no doubt be a group of stereotypical stupid teens. God forbid anyone use their imagination while watching a movie these days.
This movie was the very well put together . Robert Downeing JR. was so funny in this . this movie spook to the average high school student.
Comes face to face with high students problems and charlie tries to solve them.
Reminiscent of the 80s teen comedy flicks

The Hound pretty much sums it up. A fun to watch movie with characters that could have come straight out of a John Hughes script, but strangely this feels fresh and original. Yelchin is great and the other actors all give terrific performances. This could have had a heavy-handed "don't let your teens abuse prescription drugs" overtone, but the story works itself out to be funny without being too crass and it doesn't hit you over the head with the subject. Oh, and if you are wondering who wrote the song that Charlie and his mom sing at the piano, it's "If you want to sing out, sing out" by Cat Stevens.
