A fine effort by the funniest historical comics ever. As always, the references are spot-on, and the humor (although decidedlt British) translates well to the American viewer. The onlt reall silly part was the "space chase" sequence, but I loved ito too, just for being so non-sequitor.

Gilliam is the king of the "love em or hate em" filmmakers, but Brazil is his best-loved film, and there's a reason. It's visionary, weird, sad, shocking, funny, and dark - plus De Niro plays a terrorist plumber. Might be my favorite movie ever.
