Best family film of the '90s

This is a nostalgic classic that's right up there with "A Christmas Story." Don't miss the lifeguard and amusement park scenes! They're the best! Best of all, adults love it just as much as kids both for the nostalgic value (it takes place in the early '60s) and for its gentle humor that barely scratches risque.
It is just like some high school movie project, half baked and poorly edited. The script is terrible, the acting is horrible and the movie is basically unwatchable.
An utter dreg of a movie that only succeeds in proving itself to be one of the biggest pieces of contemptible filth to ever blemish the glory of cinema.
