Moving, overlooked British saga

Based on the real life story of poets Wilfrid Owen and Siegfried Sassoon's treatment by Dr. William Rivers during the horrors of World War I. When Sassoon writes an anti-war pamphlet, he's sent away for 'the cure', although he's not imbalanced, just rebellious. Excellent acting, wonderful cinematography and sure to bring a tear to your eye, minus over-syrupy sentiment. Bunce steals the movie with his quiet and sensitive portrayal.
