Jessica Harper

This colorful sequel to RHPS is loaded with fun songs and creative costuming. It reflects the modern American culture of television addicts and fast food junkies by trapping the whole town of Denton in a tv studio. Though to me Brad and Janet will always be Barry Bostwick and Susan Sarandon, Jessica Harper and Cliff DeYoung make surprisingly good substitutes. Harper's rich voice enhances the soundtrack 10 fold. I can't quit singing these songs. Even though, this movie is not exactly what one would expect after seeing the original film; you have to take in account that Rocky Horror was made in the 70's and Shock Treatment was more reflective of the early 80's in which it was made.
