Worst. Cop. Ever. *SPOILERS*
Reviewed by 8tzgrrrl for Prom Night at 2009-11-26 20:01:45
*Contains spoilers* Donna had a stalker. Stalker killed family. Stalker went to prison. Stalker has escaped prison. Donna goes to prom. Stalker goes to(gasp)the SAME prom. Police (who personally know Donna) send officers to...prom? NO. To Donna's house. A few violent, yet bloodless?, murders later the police wise up and-yadda yadda yadda-I'll be shocked if you can't predict how it ends. Not even good/bad for laughs.

The Doom Generation- ** out of ****
Reviewed by tonymurphylee for The Doom Generation at 2008-12-16 04:46:58
Three teenagers go on a road trip killing spree and manage to attract the tension of a group of violent Neo-Nazis. Extremely depressing, gruesome, and unpleasant film fails to muster up any real truth about violence, media, the youth of today, or revenge, but it does feature a top-notch performance from Rose McGowen, some funny lines, a good soundtrack, and an effective final act. Think of it as a more extreme version of Larry Clark's KIDS, but with less to say and less to offer. Unrated: Contains gruesome violence and gore and extreme language, strong graphic sex scenes and sexual dialogue, and drug content.

Bizarre and Promising Premise, Just OK on Delivery
Reviewed by KHL for Masters of Horror: The Washingtonians at 2008-06-09 13:00:13
What if George Washington and the founding fathers were part of some strange, ritualistic society with a bizarre and disturbing history? Peter Medak delivers this strange, yet sometimes absurdly comical, script about a 'cabal of cannibals' that still exists to this day and will find and eat anyone who discovers the nefarious activities of the group. Not really scary, it's more gory and comical than frightening. Good for one viewing.

Catchy Song

Neat movie about a real band. It was good enough that I actually enjoyed the title song every time they played it. This sure isn't a one-hit wonder!
