Writers Guild of America Awards
 
Annual awards given out for outstanding achievements in film, TV, or radio writing since 1949. In 2004, the show was broadcast on television for the first time in its history. Simultaneous awards ceremonies are held in New York City and Los Angeles by the Writers Guild of America, East and Writers Guild of America, West, respectively.
